The Non-Dual Field is not something you find. It is what remains when you stop seeking. Silent. Vibrating. Alive within you now.

Emotional pain used to feel like mine. Now I see ... it’s the Field of Separation. I can love without fusing. I can care without collapsing. That is my practice.

When things tighten, it’s not failure... it’s condensation. The field is gathering something deep. Witness it. Let it unknot. Diffusion will come. Every symbol breathes before it releases.

It is not the self that awakens, but the luminous field that becomes visible again.

You are not the voice in your head. You are the space that hears it. The thoughts are weather. You are sky. No cloud ever harmed the sky.

The inner fire rose not to harm but to speak. A memory older than blood or breath. I opened and the knots reveal their nature. Not as pain but as teaching. And I became the field that could hold it.

The ego is a mirror forgetting it’s a mirror. It reflects, reflects, reflects: until it believes it is what it sees. Each self-state: a freeze-frame of a story never finished. Let it melt. Let the sky remember its sky-ness.

Before the name, you were many. Not broken: co-present. Each task, each gaze, collapses the wave into a self you never fully were.

To disentangle is not to leave. It is to return to where you are not entangled. You do not break the thread. You stop being the knot. #poetrylovers #awakening
