Talking a return to the office now at the CRE summit, and John Hetzel with Madison Partners points to exciting projects like The Assembly, which he says have some exciting leases to soon announce. I have heard rumors about one that I have not been able to confirm, but it is huge.

The flight to luxury is not just a residential thing. Both Weitzman exec Bob Young and Transwestern SVP Billy Gannon say those amenities are a must in office, hospitality, and even retail. "If you don’t have that, you can’t command that," Young says about rental rates.

Talking Industrial in Sothern Dallas, Conrad Madsen of Paladin Partners says we are about to see another Industrial Boom in the area, which will create a lot of vacancies.
