Thanks for sharing this. A husband and wife in our area bought several used vans to start their own business and couldn’t get them through emissions because of minor transmission issues. Their difficulties prompted Mike to run the bill.

I filed a resolution today to end emissions testing in Davidson County. The EPA has given Davidson and its surrounding counties the green light to end testing. All counties except Davidson have all decided to end their programs. It's time we do the same.

Vehicle emissions testing in Hamilton, Rutherford, Sumner, Williamson & Wilson Co. will no longer be required after today. Grateful for the hard work of Bo Watson, William Lamberth, and all who fought to bring this to completion. Wish Mike were here to see it. #TnLeg #CHA
