The latest DPS Rent Index shows that across the UK, the picture is one of strong rental growth. 10 of the 12 regions in the DPS Rent Index experienced increases of over 4% as all regions showed an increase in average rents. spr.ly/6018zEXKr #lettings #DPSRentIndex
