two things: 1. recruiting has hit full panic mode every cycle under Lanning at this exact same time. then july & december have gone really well. 2. Oregon's 2026 recruiting board is as good as it's ever been. still tons of talent that we're somewhere between 30% and 70% to land.

You don’t see the likes of Georgia, Texas, Alabama, etc. panicking about their recruiting classes in April. Given where they typically finish, and where Oregon has under Lanning, no reason to. Midsummer and late fall/early winter is when we make our move. The results are
