Necio Lizola MD Great result, Necio! Used to do double-barrel recanalization, but I have moved to IVC stent and kissing stents at the bifurcation. After discussing it with Arjun Jayraj, I thought it made more sense hemodynamically based on the cross-sectional area of stents in the IVC.
