Logging off for Christmas, reflecting on 2024 & leading UNISON Greater London’s Pay Fair campaign, a career highlight. 5 days of strike action by HCAs at Lewisham & Greenwich NHS led to hundreds upbanded, top Band 3 pay for many, & back pay. Monumental. So proud of them all.
