Today was final BOV meet Virginia State University and I am honored to have a seat at this table. Today was my Chair Womens last day as chair, Visitor Curry and we said farewell to an amazing SGA President Miss Yania Campbell! VSU is Greater because of servant leaders like these!!

some may know that I was finally able to find a program where I could finish my doctoral degree. This time next year, prayerfully, Ill be finished. I was blessed to travel with my cohort at Gwynedd Mercy U to Ireland for the summer cultural exchange program. In a word, amazing!

Yesterday during RA Training I saw a student who looked just like Makola M. Abdullah son! I guess what they say is true, if you feed them long enough, they start to look like you! Not his son and he’s 6’2 but dang it’s real close!
