Back from an extremely positive few days at the RAF Air Cadets conference. It was great to hear from Commandant RAF Air Cadets and his team about where the organisation is headed. I also had the opportunity to check out the new cadet centre, named in memory of Herts & Bucks Wing cadet Grace Gaskell.
