Hierarchies are best at accountability (holding members to a standard) and antibodies (detecting and combatting sickness in the system). Networks are best are multiplication (growing quickly) and inclusion (lowering the barriers to join). The right kind of hybrid is key.

Last night at Alpha we were exploring the topic,“why did Jesus have to die?”. Through the provided video, I heard a very clear presentation of the Gospel. Sin and judgement were much more than throw away comments. It provoked fantastic conversation after. Seeds have been sown.🙏
