A co-worker was telling me about his awful ex mother-in-law. I asked if her name was Kathy, he said yes. Weird coincidence she shared my crazy ex mother-in-law's name. Then I asked if his ex's name was Jessica (I don't have luck with Jessica's). He laughed & said, yes, 2 for 2.

So a very obvious orthodontist transaction is being disputed by our UnitedHealthcare FSA (that way paid into) with threats that if we don't prove to them in 15 days it's a medical expense we will be required to pay them back and lose services. What a scam.

In the last 28 weeks, I stayed at Hilton Hotels 23 days w/ 6 more days booked in 2 weeks. An emergency came up this weekend & I need to cancel, but I can't without being charged a night. The agent didn't care, I had him cancel my next 2 weeks. Still no empathy. Goodbye Hilton.

Pt 1 Delta at it again with the worst customer service in history. I'm booming many flights for celebrities to a comic con (thousands and thousands of dollars worth of flights). I book seats and the seats get changed.

Pt 2. Delta I call customer service and they not only say they can't help me, she says, you need to upgrade online as I'm not going to have it come back on me that you didn't want to change it. About to cancel all 21 of the flights I booked for big name celebrities.

Pt 3. Delta now I'm on indefinite hold because she didn't want to help me. Pretty sure no one is ever going to pick up.

Pt. 4 Delta Just told "revenue management" won't be okay helping me out with another seat and they're trying to charge more for an upgrade than the entire flight round trip would have cost in first class 2 hours ago. I hope that $800 is worth the $23,000 you're about to lose.

Pt. 5 Delta at least the second lady was nice and patient.
