Thank you to all parliamentary colleagues that have signed and supported my motion highlighting the potential awarding to Elbit Systems of a UK military contract. It is the UK’s duty to stop genocide, not fund it.

The Party needs a strong voice from the left as Deputy Leader. Someone who will represent the politics and opinions of the rank and file grassroots members who want to see us govern by real Labour values. Bell Ribeiro-Addy MP would be that Deputy Leader.

Anybody with a television, a radio, access to newspapers or a shred of humanity can see for themselves that Netanyahu and his extremist regime is committing genocide against the Palestinian people.

Today, I met constituents lobbying for wide-ranging sanctions on Israel and an end to military cooperation & arms sales. There is no one issue that constituents have written to me about more than the Gaza genocide. Yet our government refuses to recognise it as such.
