Ran some Freelap USA flying 10m sprints this morning with the football guys. Breakfast sandwiches for skilled guys that ran under 1.05sec gonna need to buy 8 sandwiches for the morning. Had 1 big (over 240lbs) run under 1.2sec. Speed Thursdays get fast with food on the line!
