Are there the equivalent of "target dummies" in Star Citizen anywhere? No Arena Commander mode with neutral/dummy ships/npcs that new peeps can practice stuff like, locking onto ships, scanning, precision mode, flight maneuvers, etc, Target dummie would be really useful!
