More thoughts. When I realized what I actually I went through and survived, not just this year but in the past decade, suddenly everything felt different. An inner shift had happened. I had made it through to the other side of the dark, my soul intact, my body healed. Grateful🙏

This felt important to share: "Right at the point where everything is about to go your way, your mind will try and self sabotage as a survival mechanism because it's not comfortable with change. Become aware of this and move forward anyway — don't leave before the miracle."

Amazing things can happen if you switch from being reactive to being curious. Curiosity means you're intrigued to know the perspective of the other person. You enter their world respectfully, by lowering your guard, and without labeling them as a threat, a burden, or as 'wrong'.
