Absolutely disgusted and outraged with The AA I ran over someone’s exhaust which busted my tyre, when the AA man came out he told me his name was BOB and laughed, which was a LIE! He continued to make me feel very uncomfortable and said I had a crap car. (It’s 4 years old!)

Cont…. The AA I then asked him to take me to my place of work which was 50 miles away which he replied No! I’m clocking off now! And left me to wait 6 hours for another AA van to come out! I am a woman on my own! I lost work and money and I am OUTRAGED! #ombudsman #complaint
