Police say around 11pm they received multiple calls to City Center. What they can confirm right now is a group arrived and began committing “criminal offenses” - including multiple burglaries. DC Police Department says they are beefing up their presence around the city. FOX 5 DC

There was alot of activity in other areas than City Center. And I'll be following up with MPD to get a full review of incidents in the city. There was also unconfirmed reports of CVS stores having issues tonight. And also how many arrest if any was made and injuries.

UPDATE: DEMONSTRATIONS IN DC: DC Police Department has confirmed multiple burglaries and destruction of properties took place in D.C. in different areas including City Center, Georgetown, Logan Circle, H St. and Columbia Hts. A total of 5 people was arrested tonight.
