Spicy BBQ Prawns with Rice Noodles

Set aside some stuff from our mutual aid drop yesterday to cook a meal for the family tonight. Used a corn starch slurry this time in the sauce, and also added a dash of Maggi seasoning which is an umami bomb. Achieved that wok-fired Chinese-American restaurant taste.

Expiring Bob Evans breakfast sausage was on sale for 49 cents at the QFC yesterday, inspiring me to make ten breakfast sandwiches which I delivered, hot, to folks on Beacon Hill near the golf course when picking my kid up from school. It ain’t pretty, but it fills the belly.
