I was asked to put this on here. Charles Dempsey won’t put much in it as I’ve been told he’s too busy learning and training for his profession.

I wrestled at the Tower Circus for the first time when I was 18 in ‘86. It was a 5 minute walk from my house. The Circus had Sundays off so Dale Martin Promotions held Wrestling on a Sunday night. Still my favourite venue I ever Wrestled in.

I’m very sorry to hear of the passing of Gran Hamada. I was on a few NJPW tours with him. He was a groundbreaking Pro and I went out with him several times and he was a karaoke king! Rest well.

Just to let all the #StillGame fans out there that Jimmy Martin ‘Eric’ passed away today. He was a wonderful actor and I was honoured to call him pal.

I’m very saddened to hear of the passing of Rick Buckler. From being a child to this present day there’s very few bands that I’ve loved or listened to more than The Jam. Not a week goes past when I don’t listen to at least one record from The Jam. Rest well.

Our Tommy the Red Tegu having a bath. His shed has come off 99% so he’s looking a proper Dandy.

He’s a proper size now, 4 feet plus and 15lbs of lovely lizard. All my lizards are name after Comedians who are my hero’s. Tommy is named after Tommy Cannon and Tommy Cooper. Big lizards are not easy to keep properly and can be dangerous so leave it to long time keepers.

Me and our Frank the Water Monitor(bred at ⁦New England Reptile⁩ by my friend Kevin McCurley) having a bonding session. My lizards are named after British and Irish comedians that are my heroes. Frank is named after ⁦Blackpool comedy⁩ legends Frank Randle and Frank Carson.

For the 1 or 2 people who follow me because of British comedy there was a lot of John Inman, Larry Grayson, Sid Field( what little bits that are left on film) and countless other British Comedians and Comedy Actors that made up Lord Steven and William. Thank you all.

As well as being my tag partner, Robbie was the person I wrestled the most. This is my favourite picture of my career. We used to try to break the ring lights ( not very sophisticated lights, usually 8-10 feet above the ring and a 100 watt bulb) to annoy Brian Dixon the promoter.

And while I’m on here reminiscing, this man is my favourite comic and friend. I’ve “ borrowed” more one liners from Mick than anyone. Go and see this very funny man.

And more Robbie Brookeside love. When we were a team Robbie had a number one fan who was a Drag act called Ruby Venezuela from Southsea. True story.

Today would have been the birthday of two people who were hugely influential in my life. Comedian Tommy Cooper and singer Terry Hall from The Specials . Music and comedy have made my life what it is. Thank you Gentleman.

I’m in Rimani in Italy and met Mickey Brent,the drummer from the great Mod band 9 Below Zero. My 1st jump into 🇬🇧Sub Culture was the Mod & Ska revival in the late 70’s as it was the 1st time I had £ from my after school job to buy records & clothes,⁦Fred Perry⁩. Same today!

I’m not on here much and someone just send me this in a text. This was the 1st time I wrestled for WWE. I was no longer a Codsall Wood native as I moved to Blackpool full time in ‘84. I’ve had a decent run!Thank you to everyone who made that happen.
