Good client of mine. Works for HSI. They have lots of cases with realtors taking PPP $$$$. Many getting caught.

All these realtors thought they were real business owners with 3-4 sales a year and many getting caught with fraudulent PPP $.

So many terrible buyer agents. Like holy crap.

Here’s some tips -

1. Don’t send offers that clients aren’t committed to. Make sure they are 100% in.

2. Don’t submit offers if they aren’t comfortable with the payment. Make sure you’re up to date with rates.

3. DO NOT

Development deal looked good. Almost too good to be true based on the price & wonder why nobody wanted it since it was in LA and zoned to build..
