Hi, please stop saying things like 'running is better than therapy.'

@thefierceful I've been a runner for 25 years. I love running for lots of reasons, not least because it helps me calm and clear my mind.

That is not 'therapy.'

@thefierceful For more than 25 years, I've dealt with clinical depression and anxiety, including suicidal thoughts. I've had professional help for that—including, yes, therapy.
