TUESDAY 3rd JUNE It was a cold wet start to outreach this morning, we started at 6.15am at Mcr Airport doing welfare checks & referrals where required. After the airport we visited locations around #Wythenshawe #Hulme #Chorlton we come across a few tents & someone living in a van

Lovely message received earlier today. This individual had been sleeping on the streets after a relationship break up and we met them while on outreach and were able to refer them into accommodation last year. Lovely to hear they are doing well.

TUESDAY 10th JUNE: This morning we started outreach at Manchester Airport at 6.30am with a representative from Change Grow Live Manchester doing welfare checks on people we met living without homes. After the airport outreach continued around parks in #Wythenshawe & #Levenshulme

FRIDAY 20th JUNE: We had a little helper with is on outreach this morning, we started at #Manchester AirPort before checking areas around #Wythenshawe Referrals and support offered where required.
