When you’re launching something new, you should optimize for insights about what your audience finds compelling. Test ideas that are dramatically different bc that will inform your POV. You want to be able to say, “Let’s do more of THIS type of thing and less of THAT type.”

I find it insane that international students have to come from a poorer environment, learn English as well as a native speaker, come to a nation with next to no network and yet somehow absolutely economically dominate. It's the grit.
