There’s no health system without health workers. Looking forward to the #ParliamentariansForHealth forum this week in #Vanuatu 🇻🇺 to discuss the state of the health workforce in the Region. Together, we can drive a meaningful change!

As a former health minister, I recognize the important role forums like the #ParliamentariansForHealth play in sharing knowledge and finding solutions to pressing health issues. We learn from each other and work together to make a difference.

The future of health in the Region depends on our health workers – doctors, nurses, midwives, radiation techs, pharmacists and more. Many are leaving home for opportunities abroad, so we must act now to retain and support our essential workforce. #ParliamentariansForHealth
