Glad BBC Woman's Hour is exposing the idea of "terminal anorexia" today. As someone with longstanding & severe #eatingdisorder, I would have requested palliative care at my worst & would have met the criteria proposed. 10yrs+ of recovery later I'm glad it wasn't around as an option

Happy #WorldIBDDay This summer marks 5 years of Crohn's disease remission for me, which is an absolute joy. One of the reasons I went travelling this past winter is because my consultant told me "you're well! you should go!". Very grateful for the amazing NHS care I recieve.
