Thank you Luton Sixth Form College for inviting me to visit this morning. Great to hear about students’ high aspirations and the college’s successes, and also to get your take on the challenges facing the sector.

Last week, we had the pleasure of welcoming Jonathan Duff, DfE Regional Director, East of England and Abby Ladbrooke, Area Lead Fenland and East Cambs Opportunity Area for a visit. They met with Jo Trump, Principal and Ian Pryer, Deputy Principal, joined here by some of our Student Council reps. Department for Education #WeAreHills

In Thurrock today visiting schools and meeting with the local authority. Great start at Ortu Gable Hall School hearing from MossbourneFederation about the work they have been doing. A calm and purposeful atmosphere. Thank you!

Thank you Osborne Co-op AT for showing us around St Clere's School school. Enjoyed meeting Head Prefects Charlie and Eve, hearing about their experience of RAAC and how they lead and mentor younger pupils. Good conversation about secondary outcomes in Thurrock.
