What a great opportunity to get in front of area schools and be seen. Even if you’re unsure if you want to play at the next level it’s a great investment and get on the radar of local coaches. The experience alone will be invaluable towards your journey

RCP will be holding tryouts for the 13U and 15U 2025 summer teams per the below -13U Saturday, October 26th - Cromwell High School, 10:00 AM to 12:00 PM (players arrive 9:30 am) -15U Sunday, October 27th - Cromwell High School, 11:00 AM to 1:00 PM (players arrive 10:30 am)

Both teams were strong on the bump on Thursday, but RCP defeated Middletown Post 75 3-2. Tyler Sandquist earned the W for RCP, surrendering 4H and 1R (0 ER) over 5.1 IP. Jimmy Miano went 2-for-3 at the plate and led the team with two runs batted in.

RCP 17U were victorious against NCL - 17U (National) 6-2 on Thursday Luke Saponare earned the W for RCP. The righty allowed 4H and 1R over 5IP, 6Ks and 3BBs. RCP amassed 11 hits and showed discipline at the plate, amassing six walks for the game. #roll105

Next Up: RCP plays at home on Wednesday against SW Legion in their next game. The game will be played at USJ Blue Jays baseball field in West Hartford.

RCP Walk-Off In 8 Inning Nail-Biter Against Glastonbury The game was tied at 10 in the bottom of the 8th when John Bozzi singled in the winning run. Ryan Carlstrom earned the W for RCP. The reliever gave up 0 hits and 0 runs over 1.2 IP, walking none.

In my opinion amateur baseball would benefit from a return to neighborhood baseball for younger ages and American Legion Baseball - or a similar model - for high school aged players.
