We are receiving 100’s of calls this morning with our brilliant nurses not feeling they will pay a heavy price for exercising their voice for themselves and their patients. What a way to treat our profession.

I’m not ashamed to say that I spent 2 hours in tears at work yesterday. I’d had enough of being shouted at despite doing my absolute best for my patients. I’m exhausted. The system is broken. My team are broken. And now I’m planning how to pay for Christmas AND new school shoes
