I stepped out to the Taste of Vietnam @ Nathan Philips Square for our dinner break during Day 2 of City Council. Not only did I get to bump into one of our city’s favourite superstars Andrew Phung, but he also gave me some great food recos! Taste of Vietnam runs through Saturday!
