Few ideas have impacted my worldview and spirituality as quickly, positively, and profoundly as the allegory of the Vinegar Tasters: similarly to Nietzsche’s sacred ‘yes to life’, it tells us to simply drink the vinegar (life) fully, as then, in its fully embraced natural state,

A good writing can make the implicit, explicit. Once that happens the reader is not the same, for better or for worse. Although, in the long run, if it doesn't kill the reader, such transformation is a plus because any mental-model-refining entity is supposed to elevate us.

Everything worthwhile takes at least a decade. The story of flash of genius is simply untrue. It takes simmering with a problem for long time for things to start moving.

Every other day I feel so thankful to this website. Follow the right people, and you get some banger insights into life. Life is really complicated, but casually scrolled through insights and reminders do more good than books ever could, especially, in this fast-paced world.

Instead of being answerable to our future self, we end up feeling answerable to the people around who don't even matter.

Sorted people are rare, please keep them safe if you know any. The world is really full of vague-minded, noise-inducing individuals trying to maximise the entropy within you. Sorted people are a force for locally reversing that entropy. Preserve them.

September has been one of the hardest months for me in the last few years. Flat hunting in Paris for me is like being asked to untie the Gordian knot, while taking away my ability to cut it off. Add the complexity of not knowing French, and having to deal with Uni. and non-Uni.

Best way to ask for efforts is to make efforts yourself. Make them mirror you. If they don't reflect it back, they aren't worth ur time. Don't protest-demand efforts. Humans have this strong subconscious tendency to mirror. It produces dissonance in us if we don't. Use this.
