During the unveiling ceremony of the first-ever memorial of the 1994 Genocide against the Tutsi in the Asia-Pacific region, Sylvie Iradukunda, a member of RCA Perth Inc. shared her thoughts on the significance of the memorial for the city of Stirling and future generations.
