From today the period where beavers can be trapped in Scotland as a last resort begins. Our team, under direction from Former NatureScot account, will work with land managers to trap beavers on conflict sites & translocate them to permitted areas where they can bring environmental benefits.
Scruff and Maple are settling in well! The siblings were successfully moved from the CornishSealSanctuary to their new long term home Wildwood Kent last week as part of a Natural England approved project. We work closely with captive care facilities to improve captive beaver care.
