1. Etnoestado antes que Israel existiera oficialmente 2. Genocidas antes que Israel. 3. Se consideraban tierra santa antes que Israel. 4. También llaman "Gentiles" a los que no son creyentes. Si algo, los israelitas son espiritualmente mormones.

You do realize the Nazis would have killed most Britons had they won the war, right? The Nazis were not white supremacists. They were Aryan supremacists who viewed most whites as inferior, especially Slavs.

I don't think we should ignore this emerging thread of MAGA Socialism. I've spoken to many younger Trump supporters who see no problem with Trump partly-nationalizing American companies. This is an entirely new strain of GOP voter.

I've talked to voters in their 20s who supported Trump in 2024, and one thing they share is a lack of interest in "old" GOP ideas. These young MAGAs haven't read and don't know Milton Friedman. They don't remember Reagan. They have no real love for "free market capitalism".

GOP One of the most common responses I get from those voters about Trump's idea of partly nationalizing defense contractors? "They work for the government, why shouldn't taxpayers own part of them?" That would send Thomas Sowell's head spinning, but it's not controverisal to them.

GOP At least five young MAGAs I spoke to cited China as an aspirational case. The most interesting comment I got: "China is growing and we aren't. We should look at what they do right and adopt it." These young voters want a better life. They aren't bogged down in the details.

reading breakneck, this really makes a lot of sense. wang describes china a kind of retrofuturistic eisenhower's america: a manufacturing economy, massive new highways always being built, and patriarchal gender roles
