Just in. Mass Blackouts in Spain, Portugal and in part of France. Every single part of digital life from shops, to traffic lights, hospitals, airports, phones, and trains, all down.

Having to remind myself of Matthew 22v21 - about paying tax. Especially as - my car tax has not just gone up but the paper V11 was wrong. Correct car but the price was wrong. The real price was more expensive.
