Raycast application hotkeys have made a noticeable difference in my workflow. My current setup:
CMD + 1 = Intellij IDEA
CMD + W = Webstorm
CMD + F = Figma
CMD + E = Chrome

It's easy to get these into muscle memory. Switching to the window where I want is much faster.
