Young people in conservative run states are losing access to their medications, being forced to start or restart the wrong puberty, a huge unnecessary disruption in their young lives.

The kids who are directly impacted by #SB150 can’t vote yet.

They can’t run for office yet.

It is our responsibility as adults to vote & run for office with those kids in mind, because this Commonwealth belongs to them too.

It belongs to all of us.

To summarize: Today TN had a judge remove the injuction, meaning trans youth are temporarily no longer allowed to receive care. KY may see a similar decision soon. THIS IS NOT A FINAL DECISION and is not part of the overall case.
We are where we were March 31: waiting.

KY has the 2nd-highest racial disparity in marijuana arrest rates in the US.

Black & white KYians use marijuana at the same rate, but Black KYians are 10x more likely to be arrested than white KYians.

In Louisville, Black KYians make up 2/3 of all drug possession charges.
