Another fantastic Cinefantastique cover- this time, 'Clash of the Titans' from 1981. Did you own this issue, and have you managed to keep it safe for all these years? #rayharryhausen

Replica of the Ymir from ’20 Million Miles to Earth (1957). The Ymir is one of the most notable creatures to be sadly lost after filming. The model was cannibalised for its armature for Ray’s next film, ‘The 7th Voyage of Sinbad’ & used for the legendary Cyclops. See this model

Went to the Kalamazoo Museum last weekend to see the Ray Harryhausen exhibit. It was 1000% worth the trip! Seeing the models that the man who molded my childhood imagination used to do so was incredible! If you have the opportunity, don't pass it up!

What a thrill seeing Ray Harryhausen’s original models at the Kalamazoo Valley Museum this morning! These figures have towered over my imagination for decades. Meeting them in person, I was starstruck.

Happy Easter, from everyone at the Ray and Diana Harryhausen Foundation! Here's Humpty Dumpty, from the Mother Goose shorts of 1946. A good egg, looking great for 79 years old! Which Ray Harryhausen films will you be watching this weekend? (Photography by Andy Johnson)
