Nice job Michael Raver. Study also showed No patients with SP lower quadrant incisions (LAA) were noted to have postoperative hernia. We have been observing this important fact consistently. x.com/raver_michael/…

Note UMBILICAL incision most preferred in younger patients for benign disease - also highest risk hernia. Worth discussion w/pt HackensackUMC Department of Urology
