Disgusted at art education for pushing the clichéd dogma that Art ≡ a bag of symbols that expresses how the artist "feels". Uggh—save it. It's fine if that's how someone happens to work, but that is SUCH a narrow definition of human creative effort.

Doing frustum calibration with some patterns I programmed on a crazy cylinder LED setup at UFO Terminal in Shanghai.

Weighted, color-inverted, then finetuned the dragon curve tiles piece created earlier this year. It will be exhibited at Foundry, Dubai this coming September.

Collaborated with 3ASiC again on this new audiovisual piece "1D985". Did a test run earlier today at UFO Terminal.

The core generative system for this piece was created in late 2021, for a Netflix documentary project I was working on, but fundamentally can be further traced back to "189D0"(vimeo.com/ravenkwok/189d0) in 2016.
