Prostrike event at Park and St Peter’s today if you’ve got your kicking boots on!

Robins Raunds Park Infants really enjoyed getting stuck into the ProStrike Fundraising Events challenge this afternoon! We had two joint top scores of a 43mph shot! Well done everyone for taking part and being Brave like PomPom (this term’s value Yoimoji) and having a go! ⚽️

A BIG thanks for all your support and contributions today towards the ProStrike fundraising event. There were some impressive scores recorded ⚽️ Prizes will be delivered to school and distributed next week. An update on the final amount raised will be announced next week.

Yesterday afternoon, our children took part in the Pro Strike Challenge! We had to kick the ball into the goal as hard as we could to see how many kph we could kick it. Our top scorer was 58kph! We also enjoyed ice lollies on the playground 🍦 Raunds Park Infants ProStrike Fundraising Events

Our new Sparrows have had a really busy Transition Day today! We created 'All About Me' clouds and tissue paper sparrows to display in the classroom. We recognised numbers to 20 in Maths, and this afternoon drew self portraits and made birthday cards for the year! Raunds Park Infants

We have had a lovely day together as Eagle Class 2025! This morning, we enjoyed 'getting to know you activities' and seeing what a year 2 maths lesson would look like! This afternoon, we had fun creating our 'eagle' using the painting technique 'pointism'! Raunds Park Infants

This morning, our new Sparrows wrote their Dear Dinosaur letters, designed a map of their new classroom, created colourful sparrows and completed a 'How Well Do You Know Miss Ellson?' quiz! Our sparrows from yesterday have already been put on display! Raunds Park Infants

The new Robin Class 2025-26 Raunds Park Infants enjoyed a second transition morning in Year 1! We used the iPads, logged into Purple Mash for the first time and created our own avatar and background! We also used the 2Paint program! After play, we went outside and played some ball games!

We have been writing all about the Great Fire of London in Year 2! Today we took part in a VR experience, imagining we were there in 1666. We had to climb out of the window, balance across the roof and shield our faces from the fire. We made a chain to carry water from the river!

Kingfishers and Puffins have had a fantastic time at the Zoo today and have been really well behaved. We are just on our journey home! 🐅 Raunds Park Infants

We are celebrating two grand certificates that have arrived today celebrating two terms of awesome attendance this year! Well played everyone. This is incredible and we are very proud! Last night….. The Nene Education Trust Whole Child Project in association with Silhouette Youth Theatre took over the Castle Theatre. Our wonderful children shone like stars. They filled the stage, danced, sang, acted and showed what incredible talents they are So proud! Back tonight?
