A truck has shed a load of stone on the main Killarney--Farranfore road (N22). KCC has dispatched crews to help clear and but delays are expected. Small vehicles may be able to divert via the L2019 Madams Hill - Ballyhar - Firies road but this Local road is narrow & busy!

Aoad traffic collision has been reported on the N22 Tralee-Killarney Road 2km outside Killarney. Significant traffic delays in both directions. Gardai are on scene. Traffic between Kilny and F'fore to detour via Lawlors Cross and Finnegans cross or via Ballyhar Madams Hill.

An urgent notice from Kerry County Council that the N22 Tralee to Killarney road is closed between Lawlor's Cross and Madam's Hill. Traffic diversions are in place and care is advised if you are driving in the area.
