I was chuffed to be invited by Rethink Mental Illness charity to present some talented writers and their work around mental challenges that disrupt well-being at their conference. A creative approach, like writing to heal has proved more effective than counseling and swallowing pills.

The city festival for underrepresented female authors has confirmed its 2024 dates. The two-day festival will take place on 5 and 6 July 2024. The theme is; WRITING to EXHALE and will be debating the benefits writing gives to wellbeing. Check out our new logo. #writers
