A complete print out of the Banjo-Tooie dialogue. Not looked at this for 25 years. A lot of it was just made up on the fly, which I thought made it better. What was your favorite dialogue in the game?

Glitter Gulch Mine in Banjo-Tooie began life as a Banjo-Kazooie world - but was cut - only to reappear with added Chuffy, Old King Coal and Canary Mary. The games design process is often very dynamic

Banjo-Tooie's worlds began with quickly scribbled ideas, then combined and refined into worlds using many pencil sketches, before final nicely coloured in plans were handed to the artists. The Ducks of Decency are back to save you from one of Mayahem Temple's less E-rated ideas

We came up with this gloriously daft idea for a Banjo-Tooie TV advert that matched the tone of the game, but sadly it never saw the light of day

Here is the fax from Miyamoto-san approving Banjo-Tooie for release in Japan. Nice of him that compliment (in my mind anyway). Faxes were like emails before emails existed, which came very slowly out of a printer

The fax fun is over. Back to the serious stuff. Hailfire Peaks in Banjo-Tooie started off life as 'Lava Level' that was intended for Banjo-Kazooie. Games design recycling in action!

The Banjo-Tooie wall mounted suggestions sheet was a combination of valuable ideas and petty daftness. What would YOU have written on it?

We were quite proud when the 'Large Adventure of Banjo and Kazooie 2' did OK against the likes of 'Quiz Ah! My Goddess, I am a Supervisor: Fierce Fight Pennant Race and the mighty Hamster Tarou

Cloud Cuckooland in Banjo-Tooie took some of its ideas and inspiration from this unused Banjo-Kazooie world, the not-so-imaginatively called 'Fantasy Level'

Some early thinking about Jiggies and Notes for Banjo-Tooie, featuring a foul-mouthed jigsaw person and some one man band daftness that somehow never got included

The original sketch for Bottles' house in Banjo-Tooie. Not sure we'd get away with the naming convention of the characters today. Did enjoy writing the 'Bottles is dead' dialog

After totalling up the Grunty Industries scores we have an outcome of 8.104. Probably higher than I expected. As a reward for everyone who responded, here is some notes about the world, featuring the slightly foul-mouthed Toolz
