Just took a tour of Raphio Chocolate in Fresno. Wonderful family-owned business that makes single origin chocolate bars, plus some that have coffee from @KuppaJoyCoffee. Very knowledgeable about sourcing and process, and delicious products. I thought of the Eat My Globe.
