Millets are gluten-free. And a better source of omega-3 fats. Omega-3 oil is a helpful for maintaining a regular heart rate & taking care of cardio. It's rich in iron & phosphorus . If you are suffering from anemia, consume Millets. Use of milletes in winter is very fruitful.
