On my way back from OKC picking up fermenters I stopped in at White Crow Cider in Wichita. Thanks to Denise for showing me around. I tend to enjoy dry ciders, but she opened up my eyes that sweet ciders needn’t be overly sweet. Karen Schotanus and I are enjoying this Chai Opener.

The butterscotch flavor didn’t come through very strong on this Ponderosa Porter. Very tasty and robust at 6.5 ABV, but needs more butterscotch. Next batch coming soon with triple the butterscotch candies…
