Over the last 2 weeks I visited Hyderabad and Ahmedabad, both foodie dens. Natural rub-off occurred. So, here's the antidote after landing back home in Auroville. Freshly plucked, organic healthy stuff for lunch, followed by the simplest Daal Bhaat. Don't be too rigid. Balance!
