The power of positive energy was obvious during our max week! It was amazing how many guy would fail 3-4 times on a weight and then the whole team would rally around them and they would then get the weight easy. #powerofpositiveenergy

We took the team bowling today to beat the heat. We didn’t tell them where we were going until we got there on the bus. It was a great time and another great opportunity to build our team chemistry.

This is how a TEAM celebrates a big play. Doesn’t matter if it’s a starter who makes a big play or a freshman who made the most of his opportunity. #brotherhood #teamfirst

We are going to release our All-Region players over the next two weeks. We will start with two sophomores who earned honorable mention All Region. Congrats to Pacey Gammons and Hamilton May. Very bright futures ahead for these two! #DominateTheDay
