How close are Greek and Bulgarian culture?

The Craiova group is to this day one of the most stable and ingenious political Panbalkan groups. It aims to interconnect the Balkans in terms of telecommunication & infrastructures, achieve common projects, & to push for the European integration of other Balkan countries.

Serbia is lately unfortunately less active - because of the circumstances we know about - and Bulgaria lacks political stability. However, this is the most advanced institution to start from to achieve a form of supra-Balkanic government.
