Another brilliant video. Hopefully this robust scientific data will persuade those who do public health messaging to advise people to get safe and sensible sun exposure. Also UVA exposure increases nitric oxide which is important in many human biological processes.

This looks promising. This team wanted to know if they could use electromagnetic waves to decrease SARS-CoV-2 infectivity & it was effective. More investigation is required to establish if it could be used as antiviral & to sterilise communal areas. news-medical.net/news/20250518/…

This team have demonstrated that the cytokine, Tumor Necrosis Factor (TNF-α), inhibits Epstein Barr virus reactivation through the GPX4 mediated glutathione pathway. TNF is upregulated in multiple sclerosis providing more evidence linking EBV to MS. pubmed.ncbi.nlm.nih.gov/40355596/

In my opinion this is a very important paper demonstrating that, for some people at least, their long Covid symptoms were in part caused by viral persistence of SARS-CoV-2 in the Epipharynx behind the nose. The team treated the patients with abrasion with zinc & it was effective.

No sites in the body are sterile including the bone marrow. A team took bone marrow samples & showed that many people harboured herpes & other viruses in their bone marrow,(Paper below). Perhaps SARS-CoV-2 &/or bacterial infection may then cause problems. frontiersin.org/journals/cellu…

A team analysed the bone marrow from people and found that they harboured herpes and other viruses including parvovirus(paper below). This may cause problems if you get a bad infection of say, SARS-CoV-2 and/or a bacterial overgrowth. frontiersin.org/journals/cellu…
